1581 I John Westorpe son of Robert Westorpe
ofWalderingfield in the County Suffolk
andDioce of Norwich being in good and ???perfect?
remembrance, lawded be God therefore did ordaine
and make his last Will and Testament – in manner and form following
First 1 bequeath
His sowle into the hands of almighty God, and his
bodie to be buried in the churchyard of Waldringfield
aforesaydItm he gave willed and bequeathed
unto the sayed Robert Westorpe his father all and
singular his moveable goods and rights tred, tes and
cattels whatsoever uppon ????? that he
holdekepeupp Thomas Westorpehyssonne with
meatedrinke and clothe sufficient lie and paye
out to hym at hys age of 16 years the some of
tenne shillings of good and lawful money of
England, and also delyver this to him at the
sayd age towe pewter dyshes or ells three shillings
In money twoekerthers?or ells three shilling fower
pence of lawful money of England. Item he ordeyne
and made the sayedRobttWestorpe his father
the executor of this his last will and testament desiring
hym to discharge his debts and to receive his debtes
and to bring his honestlie to the grounde this
being witnessed
