Account of the several Legacies and Annuities and form of the bequest particularly of the Residue
Testator bequeathed to his wife all & every his
debts ready money securities for money stock
on his Farms Crops Implements in husbandry
household furniture goods chattels & effects and all his
Estate & substance whatsoever both real & personal & of
what nature or kind so ever for her life in case she should continue
his widow but not otherwise & after her decease or intermarriage
which should first happen then he gave the same unto such child
or children that he should have by the said Elizabeth his wife or that she should
be big with al at the time of his decease (if more than one) share & share
alike but if only one unto such child to be paid them as they shall severally
arrive at their ages of 21 years & the Interest is in the mean time to be applied
for their maintenance & education Testator directed his Executor to carry on the
Farm which he occupied in Waldringfield (under Lease for the remainder of the
term that should be unexpired at the time of his decease for the benefit of Elizabeth his
wife & such child or children as he should leave at his decease or that his wife might
be big withal and his will was that an appeasement should be made of all his
personal Estate as soon as might be after his decease and that his wife should yield up the
same in such good order & stock as it came to her and after the expiration of the said term unexpired
of the said Farm Then all & every his stock crops Implements in husbandry & all his personal Estate

& effects whatsoever should be converted
into money and the money arising
after paying all expenses should be placed
out at Interest on good security & the Interest
thereof to be paid to Elizabeth his wife for her
life or widowhood & after her decease or
intermarriage he bequeathed the same
unto such child or children towards their
maintenance until he she or they should
arrive at their ages of 21 years, & as soon
as he she or they should attain his her or their
age of 21 years then the said principal sum
unto such child or children (if more than
one) equally between them and if but
one then unto such one child at his
or her age of 21
