Arthur Thomas Cobbold sold the house to clear debts created by his son Thomas Henry Cobbold who was about the only one left in England – all others had emigrated except a daughter.
Not sure Fox actually completed the sale as the sale was between Cobbold and Mason

Yep all understood.
Have since done a new version of this and sent it to JO and BC.
Currently working on version 16.5 !
It will be ready next week ( unless I drop dead first!)
