Vol 32 1973 Iron Age Shards of pottery with flattened rim and finger impressions and three struck flakes found in a ditch by Mrs A.Harvey. Also flakes and part of leaf shaped arrow head found on field surface. Map ref.=27884476
Vol 32 Late Neolithic asymmetric arrow head found in plough soil by C.Harvey. Regret no map references given for finds after Vol.32
Vol 35 1984 Base of Bronze age urn Belgic and Roman shards found in churchyard. Mrs M.Frazer.
Vol 36 1985 Churchyard 1984, over 30 late Iron Age clay mould fragments found when grave digging. Moulds used in lost wax casting of terrett rings of Westhall type all mid 1st C Two trial trenches dug adjacent in 1985 which showed a 0.9m thick build up of soil over 1C level probably in the Medieval period. At the base of the trench some Roam shards were found, whilst in the other, closest to the original find more fragments found.
