A general Court Baron holden for the said Manor 7th Day September in the year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and forty three before Peregrin Love Gent. Steward there.

Whereas at a Court holden for this Manor the 22nd Day September in the year of our Lord 1726 Richard Frost late a copyhold of the manor did surrender by the Rodd? Out of his hands into the hands of the Lord of the said mannor by the hands of the Steward of that Court all and every messuage and land Tenements and heriditaments whatsoever with their and every of their appurtenants holden by copy of Court Roll of the said manor and the reversion and reversions remainder and remainders thereof to the use of behoof of his last will and testament declared or to be declared now at this court it is presented by the homage? Thereof that before this court the said Richard Frost dyed seized of certain copyhold land and tenements holden of this manor whereupon at this Court —— Court John Hammon and Wiliam Whimper Gent Exector of the last will and testament of Richard Frost deceased by Daniel Whinchop Gent Their attorney lawfully authorised and brought into court the will and testament of the deceased Richard Frost bearing the date 7th December in the year of the Lord 1741. The tenor whereof as to his copyhold lands and tenements holden of this manor follows In these words this is the last will and testament of me Richard Frost of Woodbridge Suffolk gent. I give devise and bequeath all my messuages lands and tenements and heriditaments whatsoever as well freehold as copyhold together with all my personal estates to my executor hereinafter named to their heirs and assigns upon the several trust etc., and thereupon the said John Hammond and William Whimper by the their said attorney prayed to be admitted tenants. To all and singular the lands and tenements holden of this manor whereof the said Richard Frost died seized as aforesaid according to the form and effect of said will namely to pieces of land and pasture containing together by estimation 7 acres formerly Greens and to one rood of copyhold land called Agnes Hobbs and to a piece of land containing by estimate 1 acre lying in a close called Broadle which time the said Richard Frost took to him and his heirs at a Court holden for this manor 1 August 1689 as by the Rolls of that Court it doth appear to which said John Hammond and William Whimper by their said attourney the Ladys of this Manor by their said Steward have granted and delivered —— of the said promised y the Rodd to hold the same to them the said John Hammond and William Whimper and their heirs of their Ladys by the Rodd. At the will of the Ladys and according to the customs of this manor by the rents and services therefore due and of right accustomed and the said John Hammond and William Whimper by their said attourney gave the Ladys a fine and they are admitted tenants to the said premises.
