begiven unto almyghtie god for it I ordeyne& make this my last will & testament in man[ner]

andforme following that is to saiefirste and prinsipullie I bequethe my soule into

thehande of Almightie god my creator and redeemer by whose onliemercieI loke

for the  remissioneof my sinnes and my body to the earthe to beburied accordinge to

thediscressunof my executors /Item I give and bequethe unto Rose my

wiefe all my houses tenements and lands withe and  singular therappartances

as well free as coppiescituatlyinge and beinge in Sutton in the for said county of Suff[olk] or

elsewher within the said countie  To have and to hold to the said Rose my

wiefe and herassignes  ensuing her naturellliefekepinge and maynteyninge
