Mrs. Rowana Maud Suart, aged 45 on 1851 Census, born Somerset, no details known, believed to be Lord of the Manor in Waldringfield, or maybe the Patron of the living.

On 1851 Census one daughter Emma aged 4 years.

There were two Manors years ago. Waldringfield Hilton. and the Manor of Rivers, Hall [now demolished, small cottage on the site] The Rectory bought by Thomas Waller on his retirement and renamed Rivers Hall. New Rectory built in 1904 and an even later one in 1977.

Mrs. Suart’s brother Captain Francis Weller [Royal Artillery] gave £ 20 to be invested in 3% consols as bread charity for the poor of Waldringfield. Memorial plaque in All Saints church Waldringfield.
