Just because it isn’t stated doesn’t mean there wasn’t stuff going on between 1871 & 1881 which gave me a hint and I have quickly looked through the Baps etc., with a word search on cement and found
Baptised at Waldringfield – 10 Sept 1876 Mary Ann Elliot d.o. William & Ellen Elliot Foreman at Cement Works 10 Sept 1876
Baptised at Waldringfield – 23 March 1881 Frank Blewett s.o. William & Sarah Blewett Labr at Cements works – engine driver
Buried at Waldringfield – 15 Sept 1881 William Blewett aged 35 years (is he father of above? and with the unusual surname Edith Blewett aged 2 was buried 5/5/1880)
Baptised at Waldringfield – 23 March 1881 Ada Ellen Frost & Earnest Frost son and daughter of William and Jane Frost labr at cement works
Baptised at Waldringfield – 21 March 1881 Alice Milligan d.o. Thomas & Emily Milligan Labr at Cement works
I have included the 1881 ones because they are actually before the census although they should all appear on the census
Large family of Lasts in 1861 census. George and his wife started producing in 1843 with Georgina Rush Last followed by Walter, Alfred Charlotte, at the usual 2 year interval, Mary in 1855, possibly a David in 1857 who died in 1557, then Charles, Elizabeth, Jane & Jessie. They seem to saved up the christening and had Georgina, Ann And Charlotte bending done as adults in 1863 and Georgina was married at waldringfield the following year so I wonder if Ann was living away in 1861 and got married somewhere else but def christened as an adult in waldringfield, then George, Mary, Charles and presumably vicar caught up with them when Elizabeth was born in 1963, were all christened in 1864, Jane and Jessie were also christened as babies. I wonder if they were baptists originally. Hmmmm will try later. No no no not going to tell me anything.
